Students get on their feet for a purposeful spring break

COLUMBIA — Students at the University of Missouri are finishing up class work this week and packing up for a week long spring break.
While most may spend the week sleeping, working or vacationing, one group of students will be serving others. Members of The Rock Church hope a 10-day mission trip to Honduras will shape their future for years to come. Read more

From March 2007, one of the Day Care kids, Stephanie, singing "Abre Los Ojos de mi Alma." Known in English as "Open the Eyes of my Heart."
Melissa’s Story
In fall 2007, Melissa went to Honduras for five months to work with the development of Casa Hogar Vida, teaching in the English School, and helping out with the Malnutrition Recovery program.
